Is artificial painting plastic flowers affected by whether?

It depends on whether the painting has been dried or not.

During the artificial flower painting process, we prefer to choose a sunny day.

This is because the air humidity will affect our painting effect of plastic flowers.

If the air is humid, the painting will not be dried fast and will come up black dots on the surface.  So, the faux flowers have to be painted on dried or sunny whether.
